• Products marked with ⚡️ on our website are Flash Shipping , making it possible for you to receive your item(s) within  days.
• Please note that certain sizes and colours of products marked with ⚡️ may NOT be eligible for Flash Shipping. Specific availability can be found on the product detail page.

Restrictions  

Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

Failed Delivery Situation

• We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
• If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at julymuse007@gmail.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
